Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 1, 2026

Our Commitment

Thrive EBS is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. Our platform serves 1099 contractors, micro-businesses, and small businesses, and we believe every subscriber deserves equal access to the tools, content, and resources we offer.

Standards We Follow

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard. While we have not yet completed a formal independent audit, we actively work toward conformance with these guidelines across our platform.

Measures We Have Taken

We have implemented the following practices to support accessibility on explorethrive.com:

  • Semantic HTML throughout our pages and templates to ensure proper document structure and meaningful content hierarchy
  • Keyboard navigation support so that core features can be operated without a mouse
  • Color contrast considerations for our dark-themed interface, including testing our lime green accent color against dark backgrounds for sufficient contrast ratios
  • Alternative text on images across the subscriber dashboard, courses, blog articles, and marketing pages
  • Form labels and instructions on input fields, including login, registration, and search forms
  • Heading hierarchy is maintained across pages to support screen reader navigation
  • Focus indicators for interactive elements to assist keyboard-only users

Compatibility with Assistive Technologies

Our platform is designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including:

  • Screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver)
  • Screen magnification software
  • Speech recognition software
  • Standard browser zoom and text resizing

Known Limitations

We are honest about the fact that some areas of our platform may present accessibility challenges. The following are known limitations we are actively working to address:

  • Gamified challenges and interactive elements — Some gamification features, including canvas-based spinning wheel components, may not be fully accessible to screen readers or keyboard-only users. We are exploring alternative interaction methods for these features.
  • Complex dashboard interactions — The subscriber dashboard and partner dashboards include dynamic content and interactive widgets that may not yet communicate state changes to assistive technologies consistently.
  • Third-party embedded content — Some embedded media in our video library, podcast/audio hub, and course content rely on third-party players whose accessibility is outside our direct control. We select providers with accessibility in mind and advocate for improvements where possible.
  • PDF and downloadable resources — Some downloadable materials may not yet meet full accessibility standards. We are working to remediate these over time.
